2	Celebrating The Birthday of The World God worked hard for 6 days creating a whole world. God enjoyed it so much that He wants us to enjoy the same pleasures.
3	The Seventh Day Called the Sabbath A day where we put aside all that is secular A day spent in communion with God A day spent with each other A day of joy and rest
4	The Seventh Day A holy day A day when God’s Children give praise to their creator and King

6	"“ The Sabbath should be..." “ The Sabbath should be made so interesting to our families that its weekly return will be hailed with joy… thus parents can make the Sabbath… the most joyful day of the week. They can lead their children to regard it as a delight.”
7	“ The value of the Sabbath as a means of education is beyond estimate.” (Education, p. 250).
8	Sabbath and Family Belong Together Only two institutions have come to us all the way from the garden of Eden. In the beginning God places a man & woman in the garden as their home. God gave to human beings the Sabbath.

11	Sabbath Activities Continued Plan to walk with your spouse and pray for your family as you walk.
12	More Sabbath Activities Light a candle at the beginning of Sabbath to indicate the Sabbath has begun.
13	A Delightful Sabbath Activity Visit friends, the sick, the elderly and pray with them.
